DCM Shriram Consolidated Ltd. said on Monday that its Board of Directors has decided to take shareholder's approval through a Postal Balllot, for the transfer, sell, lease, licence or disposal of either through scheme of reconstruction or otherwise, the business of Hariyali Kisaan Bazaar, presently a retail division of the company, in whole or in part.



The company's board will also consider the development and / or transfer, sell, lease, licence or disposal of either through scheme of reconstruction or otherwise, whether in whole or in part, the company's land at Shivaji Marg (New Delhi), Chandrapady (Tamil Nadu), Karaikai (Pondicherry), Tapukada (Rajasthan) and Gurgaon (Haryana).
